Rebuild the catalog

Backfill builds pricing history from receipts submitted before this module existed. Already-ingested receipts are skipped, so it's safe to run more than once. No anomaly emails are sent.

Purge clears the entire derived catalog (items, aliases, AI groups, insights) so you can run a clean backfill free of old MISC pollution. Anomaly thresholds are kept, and your receipts are untouched — backfill rebuilds everything.
